Favorite pizza

Mmm, pizza! A lovely and well-rounded story that creates a feast in the mouth. And all that is needed is some dough, a good tomato sauce and topping. No, a pizza wouldn't be out of place on a rainy Thursday like this. So with dinner in mind, I thought I'd share one of my favorite home-baked pizzas. I top one of my favorite pizzas with a lovely mixture consisting of artichoke hearts, salami, a little red onion, mushrooms, zucchini, cocktail tomatoes and grated mozzarella. It should not be too putti nuttit with the spread. When you eat pizza, it's just as well to add extra - that's my motto! I bake the dough according to Stenbolaget's recipe, the one that comes on the box. You can see it in the picture below.

Then I make sure that the baking stone has been properly heated before it's time to bake. Then you get that lovely, almost crispy bottom, which you otherwise can't get at home.
