We wanted to create order and order around our newly built house and decided to make a driveway and walkways out of flagstone, a patio out of limestone slabs and a retaining wall to deal with level differences.
We create a child-safe outdoor environment around the entire house, with material choices that are beautiful and calming and blend in with the surroundings and the original character of the house.
Laying stone on the garage driveway, changing flagstones to stone on walkways, covering walls with slate, changing all soil/vegetation at the entrance. We envision a lift for the entire house!
I am in the process of building my holiday home. When I had to decide on the look of the foundation, I wanted an older look from the beginning, and therefore stone became an obvious choice.
We're going to redo our boring backside. The idea is that we should make more use of the back. We think it will be a big lift for the back of the house.
I love flowers! A dream I had was to fix up a place in the garden with a small patio, nice stone paths, a secret corner and lots of flowers. Follow along and see how it turned out...
Our south side consisted of a long, raised wooden deck with a railing that we never used to sit on. We wanted to create a cozy, private patio at ground level.
We want a staircase that is not limited to one direction in a maintenance-free material that fits the house's plastered facade, which is why we chose Öland stone.
Outdoor kitchen with concrete slab, earthen slate. Gas grill, charcoal grill, summer water, fireplace. Over a glulam beam with infrared heating, integrated spotlights and an awning.
