Pool stone - Granite ceramics

Pool stone are stone slabs adapted to create a nice, pleasant and easy-to-maintain surface around the edge of the pool. The stones give a luxurious impression with a nice walking surface, while at the same time they cope well with our changes in weather: everything from summer's heat, wetness and precipitation to winter's frost. Despite having nothing to do with the natural stone granite, the name Granitkeramik is intended to describe the hardness of the product. Granite ceramics are made by pressing finely ground porcelain clays under high pressure and then firing them at high temperatures. This gives the material a high density and low moisture absorption, which makes the tiles very resistant to spills and scratches.
