Delivery options at Stenbolaget

From our online store, we offer home delivery and the option to pick up the goods yourself directly from one of our stores or warehouses. The shipping options that are possible for your order and your delivery address are shown in the checkout before the actual payment step. For additional delivery options, you can contact customer service or one of our stores.

At the checkout, which stores and warehouses you can pick up your selected products from are shown. To minimize waiting time when you pick up your order, we recommend that you email avisera@stenbolaget.se 24 hours before you intend to pick up your order. In this way, we can ensure that your order is packaged and ready for you to pick up quickly and smoothly.

Home deliveries

Package (0-20kg)

Home delivery of lighter orders weighing up to 20kg is sent with a package to your nearest DHL representative.

Pallet unloaded

All orders with a weight over 20kg or with large dimensions are sent on pallets. The delivery option "Lossat" means that the driver places your order on a paved or stone surface at your plot boundary. As our stone products and pallets are heavy, these are delivered with large trucks. A delivery therefore assumes that the truck can arrive at the unloading location itself. This type of delivery is standard within zone 1-3.

The driver on site is the one who can assess and make the decision about where your pallets can be placed.
The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the access to the delivery location has a road width of at least 3.5 m and that the surface of the unloading surface has a bearing capacity for a 2.5 tonne truck. In winter, the access must be cleared of snow and sanded/salted. Risk of laceration must be eliminated by the recipient to guarantee the driver's safety. We notify all of our shipments in good time so that you know on which day your delivery will take place and you also receive a tracking number via email when your order has been loaded. This way you can track your delivery.

Pallet unloaded (LOK)

The delivery option "unfastened" means that you as the customer are responsible for lifting the pallets from the truck with, for example, a wheel loader, truck or tractor with forks. The truck drives up to the delivery address's lot boundary. Unloosed is the only option for delivery addresses within Zone 4-5.

Additional delivery options

For additional delivery options such as crane truck, fixed-day deliveries and unloading assistance, it is good to contact customer service or visit a store to hear which options are possible for your particular order. If you want to add additional delivery options after an order has already been placed, remember to contact our customer service within 24 hours and we will have time to help you before the order is sent out.

Multiple delivery times for one order

Orders that contain products from several different manufacturers may sometimes need to be sent from two different warehouses, which in that case creates two delivery opportunities for you as a customer.
