Gray slate slab with beautiful mica that can be used in all corners of the garden. Regardless of whether you want to create a patio, garden path, pool area or even dress up a garden wall or an entrance staircase, then you have chosen exactly the right stone! Feel free to combine this slab with Irregular Mica slate, ground stone or Steppingstone in the same slate series.

Appearance & Structure

Our mica slate slabs are sold with a finished width of 300mm and where the lengths vary. This gives you a slightly more lively surface than traditional square tiles. The surface comes in something we call nature. It is a split stone and the surface is therefore structured and very natural. You get a nice grip underfoot and a beautiful structure when the sun's rays make their way across the surface

Size

The size of the tiles has a large variation, where the smallest pieces are perfect fit pieces for your paving. The finished width of 300mm provides a quick assembly and the falling lengths contribute to extra life and finesse of your installation.

Mounting

Slate paving comes in a varying thickness range and is installed and leveled with the substrate to obtain an even walking surface. Slate slabs can be installed both on a cast slab and in a bed of stone flour or chips. Also remember to lock your laying with curb stones for a stable result. Granite curbstone RV6 Gray is a naturally cut curbstone in light granite that is well suited to laying with natural stone. And for the lightly stressed surfaces, we recommend Garden Edging Stone Rustic Grey, which is a very affordable alternative.
