Mica slate is a beautiful natural stone floor for the garden. The irregular format gives a surface that is unique and rarely the same.

Appearance

The mica shale is slightly lighter than the Offerdal shale, and glitters a lot when the sun's rays fall on the surface. The shifting light gray finish brings to mind the Mediterranean and the heat.

Size

The size of the tiles has a large variation, where the smallest pieces are perfect fit pieces for your paving. In this way, you get a stylish and lively natural stone surface that impresses most people! The thickness varies between 30-60 millimeters.

Mounting

30-60mm is the variation in thickness between the plates, and you get this again with the substrate when you assemble. You choose how your pattern should be and cut the stone tiles using a circular saw or angle grinder with a diamond blade. Of course, you can also just lay them as they are and get a surface with a wider joint. The joint can be filled with stone flour, flexible hard joint or give a natural surface with decorative stone or grass as a joint. Remember to count on approx. 15% in spillage for the total surface to be laid, especially when laying with thin joints or when mounting on bearing layers. We also recommend mounting this stone on a cast sole, in natural stone fix with a cement-based joint for best results.
