Versatile wall and a perfect choice for those who want to combine function with aesthetic framing in the garden.

Can be built straight and with a slope

The stone's notches on both the underside and the top allow it to be built up with locking plugs . Glue the stone for extra reinforcement. The simple, stylish and practical design of the wall means that Gripsholm can be built both straight and slightly inclined inwards.

The design of the stone

The bricks in this series come with a smooth and a cracked side where both have the tumbled look. Completely free to choose which one you want to be visible when installing the clock. In the case of a free-standing construction, you simply get a smooth side and a cracked side and can also choose which side should point in which direction.

Cracked surface

To get as vivid a concrete wall as possible, choose a retaining wall with just a cracked front surface. Mursten Gripsholm provides a naturally shaped visible surface that blends well in both gardens and public places. The cracked front comes about by two blocks being cast together during production and then cracked exactly as the expression reveals. In this way, you get two stones with a cracked front. It also means that some stones can bulge out or in more than others and thus contribute to an increased impression and living feeling.

Several different accessories

In addition to the aforementioned locking plugs and the geonet, external 90-degree corners can also be created using the cornerstone in the same series. You can order Gripsholm corner stone separately, and as a help along the way, 1 corner stone is needed per shift in your wall where your intended corner is to be installed. In other words, if you intend to install a 5-shift high wall, you need 5 cornerstones for an outer corner of 90°. Also mount one Gripsholm Topstone on your wall for a smooth top surface and uniform end result.

Mounting

The Gripsholm wall can be built as a retaining wall up to 1.5 meters in height with the help of geonets and if it is built on an incline. Follow our installation guide to succeed with your masonry and for a safe installation that will last in the future.
