Top stone for the Gripsholm wall with a smooth top. Gripsholm is a wall with two faces. One side is cracked and tumbled and the other is smooth and tumbled. The wall can be built both as a supporting wall and as a free-standing wall and provides a beautiful garden wall in every way.

Can be built straight and with a slope

Gripsholm can be built both straight for lower walls and with a slight backward slope for the slightly higher constructions. The top stone in the context comes in as the final row and provides a nice surface and a practical place to be able to place pots and other decorative items. The top stone is manufactured with a groove on the underside of the stone, which means that you can easily attach it to the upper edge of the normal stone. You do this with the help of locking plugs and stone glue .

The design of the stone

The bricks in this series come with a smooth and a cracked side where both have the tumbled look. Completely free to choose which one you want to be visible when installing the clock. In the case of a free-standing construction, you simply get a smooth side and a cracked side that is shown in both directions. Choose which side will get the most time in the spotlight!

Cracked surface

The cracked side gives a natural impression and is reinforced extra because the stone is tumbled afterwards. It gives a rounder and more worn look and the brick will quickly find a home in the garden. Gripsholm fits both into modern gardens but adds an extra dimension to the classically lush garden. The wall against the greenery will be extra attractive.

Several different accessories

For a complete Gripsholm wall, we recommend that you also use Normal stones for the main construction itself and that you supplement with Cornerstone where you wish to build a 90° corner. With all the stones in the series, you can shape your garden wall and get away with minimal cutting and tinkering.

Mounting

For as stable a wall as possible, we recommend that you also use the associated locking plugs and supplement with stone glue . For taller masonry buildings that are to stand as support, construction with a geogrid is required . Read more about what applies to your intended building height!
