These flexible concrete blocks and post elements make it easy to build a sturdy pillar as an end to a free-standing wall, retaining wall or as a welcoming garden entrance .

Appearance

The pillar block is manufactured hollow, which makes them flexible for the construction and easy to handle as the weight is lower than many other post elements. The stone can be filled, cast and glued for a really strong construction. The shade blends well into the garden and connects nicely to the wall in the same series. IGLO is a series of building blocks in a smooth design that provides a cohesive style and fun building kit where you get a simplicity in being able to shape your garden wall.

Smooth surface

The smooth surface gives a modern impression, the bevelled upper edge provides clear divisions between the elements in the finished post. The pillar block comes at the same height as the bricks in the same series, which means that the lines of the profile can be allowed to run through the entire construction.

Mounting

Simply build up your concrete column block by block and finish with IGLO Pillar crown in either the same color or in the darker tone Anthracite. The top stone comes in the format 324x324x60, which gives a nice overhang to your post. The pillar block is natural gray and easily blends into the garden. The blocks are hollow and can be filled with macadam, concrete and reinforced if necessary. A nice detail can also be to have lighting on top of your post. With this construction, the post can be provided with pipes for electricity when the post is mounted.
